About accommodation
Grand Apartment is located in the popular lower Meads area of Eastbourne, close to the
seafront and close to the town centre and main amenities. The shopping centre, train
station, restaurants and pubs are all within a walking distance.

The Little Chelsea room is situated on the low ground floor of the Grand Apartment and is
a beautiful private double bedroom with en-suite, which is pleasantly decorated with a
Venetian plaster feature wall. The zip and link bed in the room can be used as a super
king size bed or separated to make comfortable twin beds.

A large fully equipped communal kitchen for self catering with modern appliances, including oven and a hob, a 4-slice toaster, a kettle, a microwave and washing machine as well as all the necessary tableware and kitchenware.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and a dining table for six with access to the
garden with wooden table and benches for alfresco dining. If you don't want to cook there
are some great restaurants close by.

Additional linen and towels sets are provided for stays of more than a week.
The bedroom has space for a travel cot (which we are happy to provide free of charge).
You will also find plenty of coffee, tea and biscuits to get you started.

The Grand Apartment is well placed to access the South Downs National Park, the
cliff top walks along the Seven Sisters and the Long Man of Wilmington.
Among our favourite are the picturesque villages of East Dean (try the Thai Terre
restaurant) and Alfriston (we love the Wingrove House for cocktails in the garden
and the “Long Man of Wilmington” walk), or if you fancy a longer drive you cannot
miss the ancient town of Rye.

We really enjoy making your holiday as comfortable as possible and look forward toyour stay with us.

House rules
  • We welcome children of any age. Please let us know if a cot bed is required, we
    would be happy to provide you with one if necessary.
  • Children up to and including 5 years old can stay for free. Children 6 years old and over stay at additional cost when using an available extra bed.
  • Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is by 10am. If you’re arriving slightly earlier, or
    want an extra hour to sleep, please call us and we will try our best to help you.
  • Indoor smoking is not allowed.

  • Please show consideration for our neighbours at all times, as sound can travel.We ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level, with music and television lowparticularly before 9am and after 8 pm.

  • The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent
    this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary items in the sanitary bin
    we’ve provided in the bathroom.
  • To ensure we keep the carpet and floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’
    enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. Please use the provided
    shoe rack.
  • We understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that you please let us know
    when they do. The likelihood is we can fix them which also means a better chance
    of having your full security deposit returned too.
  • To ensure the full safety of our guest’s belongings, we like to keep the front door
    locked at all times as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas
    of town, we want to ensure every guests stay remains problem free and this is just
    one small, simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.

  • Events, gatherings and party are allowed only on approval. Please request the Approval request form, fill in and send it to us, we will endeavour to assist you in the best possible way.

Yuliya
The apartments are new, clean and bright. Thought-out, brilliant design. The kitchen has all the necessary tools: from toaster and oven, to the baking foil. The area is nice and quiet, 5 minutes walking to the sea and 15 to the city centre. Lisa is a very attentive and thoughtful hostess. Thank you for a warm welcome and excellent apartments!
